• KENBEDE-type precision hydraulic vise, suitable for heavy-duty cutting operations on vertical and horizontal multi-task machining centers and FMS systems.
• Clamping system: mechanical / hydraulic.
• Robust, high-strength material—The vise body is made from high-tensile, spheroidal graphite cast iron (FCD600, with a tensile strength of 60 kgf/mm² or 80,000 psi), offering exceptional tensile strength and resistance to deformation.
• All sliding surfaces of the vise’s bed are hardened by heat treatment to a Rockwell hardness of HRC 45 or higher, ensuring long-lasting wear resistance and dimensional accuracy.
• Fixed and adjustable mouthpieces are made of heat-treated steel with a hardness of HRC 55 or higher and undergo precision grinding for easy assembly and disassembly.
• Chip-proof design for the vise to prevent metal chips from falling into the lead screw and the vise’s interior, where they would be difficult to remove.
