• All sliding surfaces of the vise’s bed are hardened by heat treatment to a hardness of HRC 45 or higher, ensuring long-lasting wear resistance and dimensional accuracy.

The CHV model is a hydraulically operated functional vise, available in two precision grades: V and S. The V grade boasts world-class precision and quality—fully demonstrated in Figure 1-14—and represents a precision vise with perfectly synchronized geometric positioning accuracy, offering both fixed-size and vertical alignment simultaneously.
