    Characteristics

    • The double-lever pneumatic quick vise is a high-speed clamping fixture specially designed for mass-production machining on MC vertical multi-tasking machining centers, milling machines, and drilling machines. 
    • Clamping system: toggle mechanism + pneumatic actuation. 
    • The dual-force mechanism, when paired with compressed air, delivers rapid operation and high clamping force, and requires only connection to a compressed-air supply—eliminating the need for oil-based actuation and thereby preventing the risk of oil leakage. 
    • This vise is equipped with a safety back-stand device that ensures the clamping force remains locked even if the compressed air supply is suddenly interrupted, providing high safety. 
    • Simple operation: the vise is opened and closed solely via a manual switch, or it can be integrated with automated control to achieve an FMC unmanned system. 
    • Opening and closing range: 0–4 mm safety clearance to prevent fingers from being drawn into the opening/closing area and sustaining injury (safety design). 
    • The opening and closing time is only 1.5 seconds, and the clamping range can be freely adjusted from 0 to 200 mm (the optimal clamping condition is achieved when the workpiece length is increased by an additional 2 mm). 
    • This vise can be used in parallel with multiple units, and only requires a single compressed-air source, making it simple and convenient. 
    • The clamping force can be freely adjusted from 0 to 4,000 kgf using the pneumatic pressure regulator (pressure values are shown in the attached table). 
    • Robust Material – The vise body is made of ductile graphite cast iron (FCD600, with a tensile strength of 60 kgf/mm² or 80,000 psi), offering exceptional tensile strength, superior wear resistance, and excellent dimensional stability. 
    • The sliding surfaces of the vise body are all subjected to hardening heat treatment with a Rockwell hardness of HRC 45 or higher, ensuring long-lasting wear resistance and dimensional accuracy. 
    • The corner-clamping hemispherical pad generates corner-clamping locking force, effectively eliminating the floating of the jaw plate and workpiece tilt. 
    • This vise can be used in a vertical position and is suitable for use with dedicated machines and vertical machining centers.
