Locating Sleeve (Metric)

The repeat positioning accuracy will determine whether one or two primary locating sleeves are required. When using two primary locating sleeves, if the center-to-center distance between the two holes is within a tolerance of ±0.005 mm, the repeat positioning accuracy can be maintained within ±0.013 mm.

Installation precautions for the locating sleeve and the rear mounting-type receiving sleeve: To minimize the risk of the shaft being unable to be removed from the bore, the maximum interference fit between the bore and the outer diameter of the receiving sleeve shall not exceed 0.013 mm.
