• Heat Treatment: Ball-lock shaft, RC40–45
• Operating ambient temperature: -30°C to 200°C

A ball-lock system requires at least two spindles, a receiving sleeve, and a locating sleeve. The locating sleeve is mounted in the fixture plate to ensure absolute positioning accuracy. If more than two spindles are needed to provide additional clamping force, the locating sleeve is not required; in this case, the additional holes will not interfere with the primary locating holes.
