Characteristics
• Corner-mounted KEBEDE-type precision hydraulic vise, suitable for heavy-duty and high-precision cutting operations on vertical and horizontal multi-task machining centers.
• Clamping system: mechanical / hydraulic.
• The corner-clamping hemispherical pad generates corner-clamping locking force, effectively eliminating lifting of the jaw plate and workpiece tilting.
• Robust, high-strength material—this vise is constructed from high-tensile spheroidal graphite cast iron (FCD600, with a tensile strength of 60 kgf/mm² or 80,000 psi), offering exceptional tensile strength and resistance to deformation.
• All sliding surfaces of the vise’s bed are hardened by heat treatment to a Rockwell hardness of HRC 45 or higher, ensuring long-lasting wear resistance and dimensional accuracy.
• The moving jaw adjustment screw allows for continuous fine-tuning of the vise to achieve optimal precision.
• The vise is available with four different jaw openings.
• Chip-proof design for the vise to prevent metal chips from falling into the lead screw and the vise’s interior, where they would be difficult to remove.
