Circular, pneumatic unlocking, with graduation slots

The housing and piston are hardened, with a repeat positioning accuracy of less than 0.005 mm.

With a compact installation footprint, it is suitable for use in foundation base plates, machine tool worktables, fixture supports, base plates, rotary bridges (fourth axes), and pallet changers, among other applications.

Note: The base-mounted locking module offers high load-bearing capacity and substantial downward pull force, while maintaining a compact installation footprint.

The clamping force is applied only during the unlocking phase (minimum 5 bar/72 psi, maximum 12 bar/175 psi). In the locked position, the module relies on mechanical engagement for clamping; a key advantage is that the forces acting on the locking pin during machining are not borne by springs, so even under high cutting loads no vibration occurs. Another advantage is the absence of piping and the associated risk of leakage. The top surface of the housing serves as the contact interface.

The pneumatic module has only one pipeline connection, which is used for unlocking.
