Characteristics

• This vise is designed with a bi-directional centering function, enabling both internal centering clamping and external spreading centering clamping, with a repeat accuracy of within 0.01 mm.

• Kenbide-style precision bi-directional centering mechanical vise, suitable for precision centering machining on vertical and horizontal multi-task machining centers and FMS systems.

• Clamping system: screw clamping.

• Robust, high-strength material—The vise body is crafted from high-tensile, spheroidal graphite cast iron (FCD600, with a tensile strength of 60 kgf/mm² or 80,000 psi), offering exceptional tensile strength and excellent resistance to deformation.

• All sliding surfaces of the vise’s bed are hardened by heat treatment to a hardness of HRC 45 or higher, ensuring long-lasting wear resistance and dimensional accuracy.

• Fixed and adjustable mouthpieces are made of heat-treated steel with a hardness of HRC 55 or higher and undergo precision grinding for easy assembly and disassembly.

• Flexible design; all special accessories are interchangeable.
