The economy claw series is designed for applications that do not require high precision or high clamping force. It is manufactured from the same materials as other series, but only the bottom mating surface is ground. Among the economy claw series, the AK2-VT-S0 is the smallest model in the entire lineup and features a fluororubber O-ring.
The toothed-jaw series is one of the most widely used. Toothed jaws generate higher clamping forces, ensuring reliable workpiece clamping across a wide range of operating conditions.
The modular jaw attachment series features two M5 tapped blind holes on the side of the jaws, enabling quick and easy mounting of various shaped attachments to the jaws for expanded functionality.
The jaw top is equipped with an adaptive adjustment mechanism, offering a maximum adjustment range of 9 degrees. This allows for flexible clamping of workpieces or castings with irregular surfaces.
The flat-jaw series is typically used when the workpiece must be free of scratches.
In addition to generating lateral clamping force, the jaws can also exert a downward force, securely pressing the workpiece against the fixture’s datum surface.
